Delivery
FREE UK standard delivery. UK orders will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days. £5 flat rate applies for shipping international orders. International orders will be delivered between 8-20 working days. 50x70 prints are delivered in cardboard tubes, and smaller prints in cardboard-backed envelopes. Frame not included.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA and MasterCard. We also accept Paypal.
Returns and exchange policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return them we offer a 28-day return policy from the day of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. All delivery costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Postage of returned items is paid for by the customer. Please contact us on hello@studioromuu.com for instructions on returning or exchanging your product. Please also note that sale items are non-refundable.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your prints arrive faulty or damaged, please feel free to contact us via email and we will advise how to proceed. If possible send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number and phone number should we need to contact you.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You may opt of being contacted of our mailing list at anytime by emailing us at hello@studioromuu.com.
